The 2nd floor of the studio is capable of comfortably seating 30 people, or can be opened up for larger gatherings.
The large windows can be opened for fresh air and open feelings.
The room features surround sound PA and audio playback, a projector, 2 LCD Screens, refreshment stations, and 4 of bathrooms at the studio.
The GameHouse
Located down the road from Sedgwick Studios, Andrew has curated a place to reconnect with your inner child…or just jam out with a few drinks to your favorite vinyl on prestigious record players and speakers.
Features over 100 board games, upstairs listening room, outdoor decking, full kitchen and bar, 2 baths and 4 bedrooms.
SongStage
Located in a separate locale from the Studio in Downtown Hendersonville, NC - SongStage is a complete production space for live performances and professional video broadcasting and recording. With internet speeds capable of streaming up to 4k video, artists can use the space and equipment to curate anything from music videos, to privately hosted shows, to streaming content live on Social Media or YouTube.
